The work under this Project consists of demolition within the existing area including tree removal and utility connections; construction of new paved roads with curb and gutter; new sidewalk; new multiuse asphalt trail; new street signs; new water and sewer connections; water and sewer extensions and relocations; new stormwater management collection system and treatment facility (BMP); grading; stormwater outfall structures; landscaping; street lights; and erosion and sediment controls.
